Sign in to your Trezor Suite
Use your Trezor hardware device to unlock Trezor Suite and manage your crypto securely.
This mockup page explains the login flow, highlights security best practices, and helps you troubleshoot common issues.
Why Trezor Suite login is secure
S
Hardware-protected keys
Your private keys are generated and stored inside the Trezor device. Nothing sensitive is stored on your computer, which reduces attack surface and prevents remote exfiltration.
F
Verified login flow
All critical confirmations — like transaction details and passphrase entry — are displayed on your device's secure screen so you always verify what you approve.
C
Clear user controls
Trezor Suite gives you a straightforward dashboard for account balances, transaction history, and device settings — without hidden backdoors or obscure options.
Security tips: Keep your device firmware up to date, confirm addresses on the device screen before approving sends, and store your recovery seed offline in a safe place. Consider using a passphrase only on the device rather than typing it into your computer.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
If your device is not detected: try a different USB cable or port, verify the device screen is unlocked, and ensure the official Trezor Bridge or Suite is running. If a PIN prompt appears on your computer but not the device, focus on the device screen — PIN entry is always confirmed visually on the Trezor itself.
Forgot your PIN? The PIN is not recoverable; you would need your recovery seed to restore your wallet on a new device. If you do not have the seed, funds cannot be recovered — this is by design for maximum security. Always backup the seed securely.
